Ester was born in 1779 and her christening took place on February 28th, 1779 in Ashdon, Essex, England.1   Ester's father was John Barker and her mother is Mercy Saunders.  Her paternal grandparents are John Barker and Alice Reynolds. She had two brothers and two sisters, named Ezekiel, William, Millie and Harriot.  She was the second oldest of the five children.  Ester is no longer alive.
